Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays. During sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, estimated delivery is generally:

10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take several business days to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to Standard Shipping.

The shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers will not be charged any additional shipping fees by us.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, please contact service@coastalret.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and assist you in contacting the carrier when appropriate.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Separate Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, customers will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond the $5.99 Standard Shipping fee shown at checkout.
